I went in and the associate in the store was very nice to me and he was also patient, he looked up my insurance by using my name because at the time I didn’t physically have the card with me , I gave my prescription and two weeks later i had a brand new pair of glasses. Quick and efficient.
Today we had an appointment with a simply incredible ophthalmologist in this optics. She is so professional, courteous and so lightly kind in every sense of the word. She examined my two daughters with such soul and dedication that I was simply fascinated by her. The youngest daughter and the doctor had such a sweet conversation.
